Mr. Lane has over 21 years in senior management with FASTSIGNS International, Inc. While at FASTSIGNS, Larry helped build the international sign and graphics franchisor's network of 500+ centers. He joined the company in 1988, working directly with franchisees to help insure their success. From 1989 through 2005, Larry held various management positions including, Director of Operations, Vice President of International Development, Vice President Franchise Development, and Senior Vice President of Franchise Relations and Development. In January 2006, he became the company's president and held that position until he joined VR in October 2009.
During his tenure at FASTSIGNS Larry was also exposed to the world of private equity, having assist and facilitate the acquisition of FASTSIGNS International, Inc. to two different private equity firms over a 10 year period.
