He is a Venezuelan Attorney from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to becoming a Merger and Acquisition Advisor, Eduardo Sosa was a banker for over 20 years acting in various positions including member of the Board of Director of a Commercial Bank and President of a Lease Company and an Industrial Finance Corporation. After his banking career, he became Director and General Manager of the Venezuelan Subsidiary of Unisys Corporation where he managed a dedicated group of over 175 team players that increased sales in Venezuela from the US $ 20 million to $ 63 million in a four-year period.
